Valley Ranch Dental Associates is committed to providing patients in Irving and the DFW area with the excellent dental care that they need and deserve. Our team is always excited to teach patients the importance of dentistry and help them achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Dentistry is not just a job to us—it’s our true passion!

Sarah Waqhar, DDS

Dr. Sarah Waqhar attended Eastern Michigan University for her undergraduate degree, studying communications and chemistry. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Waqhar went on to complete her General Practice Residency at the John D. Dingell Veterans Affair Medical Center. These enriching and advanced experiences have given her the necessary tools to provide safe, successful and comfortable dental care to her wonderful patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Waqhar recently moved to the DFW area with her husband. Outside of the dental office, you will find her trying out new recipes, hiking, traveling, working out and exploring different coffee shops around town.
